MOQs vary depending on the product. Generally, our MOQ is one 40ft HQ for each model, maximum can mix two models in one 40ft HQ.

We accept a variety of payment methods including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit). For first-time orders, we may request a deposit.

We follow strict quality control processes from production to packaging. Each product batch undergoes multiple checks, including material inspections, functionality tests, and final reviews before shipping.

Lead times depend on order size and product type. Standard lead times are usually 35days, but customized orders may take longer. Please contact us to confirm.

Yes, we can manage logistics on your behalf, including arranging air or sea freight. Alternatively, if you have a preferred shipping company, we can coordinate with them as well.

Yes, samples are available for most of our products. Please note that sample fees and shipping costs may apply, which can be deducted from your first bulk order if confirmed.
